Make sure your phone is charged 70% at least.
Back up all your phone data.
Follow these steps:
1) Download the root files from here.
2) Place the file in the root of the SD card.

3) Switch of your phone and enter to the recovery mode by pressing home & power button together.
*Note: Touch will not work ; use vol + / vol - to scroll in menu*4) Wipe all your data & cache
5) Select "apply update from SD card" option and navigate to root_pop.zip .
6)After the process is done, select reboot system now.
Congrats!! You have rooted your Samsung Pop successfully if you have Super SU or Super user in your phone's app drawer.
